Directions to Wake County Human Services Center

From I-40 West Wilmington	I-40 West to Raleigh. Take Exit 301 (for East and North Raleigh) to I-440 (Raleigh/ Beltline). Exit I-440 Beltline at New Bern Avenue – Downtown (Exit 13A). In approximately one-third of a mile, there will be two lanes turning left at the traffic light at Sunnybrook Road. Be in the lane to the right because the Wake County Human Services Center is the first building on the right. Turn right at the first entrance to the parking lot.
From U.S. 64 Rocky Mount	U.S. 64 West to Raleigh. Cross over I-440 (Raleigh/Beltline), U.S. 64 will become New Bern Avenue. In approximately one-third of a mile past I-440, there will be two lanes turning left at the traffic light at Sunnybrook Road. Be in the lane to the right because the Wake County Human Services Center is the first building on the right. Turn right at the first entrance to the parking lot.
From U.S. 1 North Sanford	U.S. 1 North to I-40 (at Cary). Take I-40 East toward Rocky Mount/ Benson. As I-40 East exits to the right toward Benson, stay left and continue to Rocky Mount. Exit I-440 at New Bern Avenue – Downtown (Exit 13A). In approximately one-third of a mile, there will be two lanes turning left at the traffic light at Sunnybrook Road. Be in the lane to the right because the Wake County Human Services Center is the first building on the right. Turn right at the first entrance to the parking lot.
From U.S. 1 South Henderson	US 1 South to I-440 Inner Beltline (toward Rocky Mount). Exit I-440 at New Bern Avenue Downtown (Exit 13A). In approximately one-third of a mile, there will be two lanes turning left at the traffic light at Sunnybrook Road. Be in the lane to the right because the Wake County Human Services Center is the first building on the right. Turn right at the first entrance to the parking lot.
From U.S. 70 West New Bern	US 70 West to I-40. Follow I-40 West into Raleigh. (see I-40 West directions)
From U.S. 70 East/85 South Durham	U.S. 70 East to Raleigh. After passing Crabtree Valley Mall, take I-440 North – Wake Forest. Exit I-440 at New Bern Avenue - Downtown (Exit 13A). In approximately one-third of a mile, there will be two lanes turning left at the traffic light at Sunnybrook Road. Be in the lane to the right because the Wake County Human Services Center is the first building on the right. Turn right at the first entrance to the parking lot.
From 1-40 East Greensboro, Chapel Hill, Durham	I-40 East to Raleigh. Exit I-40 onto Wade Avenue (Exit 289). Take I-440/US1 North – Wake Forest Exit I-440 at New Bern Avenue - Downtown, (Exit 13A). In approximately one-third of a mile, there will be two lanes turning left at the traffic light at Sunnybrook Road. Be in the lane to the right because the Wake County Human Services Center is the first building on the right. Turn right at the first entrance to the parking lot.

Directions to the Teer House 4019 North Roxboro Road, Durham 27704

Directions below bring you in via Duke Street and the back of the house. Property can also be accessed from Roxboro Road. It is the larger, 2-story house on the property.

From Raleigh:Take I-40 towards Durham - Get onto the 147 Durham Freeway.Take the Duke Street Exit.Continue onDuke Street, which is a one way street through downtown for a several miles. Go over the I-85 overpass andcontinue on North Duke Street to the 6th traffic light. At the 6th light take a right onto Frasier Street. Thereis a Duke Clinic on the corner. Take an immediate left onto a service road which is across from the clinic entrance(WATCH FOR THE POTHOLES). At the fork, bear to the right and this will bring you into the back of Teer house.

From 70 W (which can be accessed from North Raleigh via Hwy 98 West or I-540) -Take 70 West towardsDurham. When 70 West & I-85 South merge please stay left toward I-85 South, 70 West. Take the DukeStreet exit # 176. Continue on North Duke Street and follow directions above.

From Chapel Hill:Take 15-501 North I-85 North towards Durham. Take the Duke Street/501 North, Gregson, Northgate Exit176. Take Exit 176B that goes under the bridge and circles back over I-85. Once you cross the bridge followprevious directions from I-40.

Directions to Pitt County Memorial Hospital

Bethel (from the NORTH) Take Hwy 11 SOUTH into Greenville, which becomes Memorial Drive. Turn RIGHT at the Stantonsburg Road & Memorial Drive Intersection (McDonald’s on the corner). Then take a right onto Farm Drive, located beside KFC. Go straight through the stop light, and then turn left into any parking lot entrance. Enter via the hospital Main Entrance and follow signs to the cafeteria.

Kinston (from the SOUTH) Take Hwy 11 NORTH into Greenville, which turns into Memorial Drive. Proceed straight until you reach the intersection of Memorial Drive and Stantonsburg Road, and then turn LEFT on Stantonsburg Road (McDonald’s on the corner). Turn right onto Farm Dr. (KFC on the corner). Go straight through the stoplight, then turn left into any parking lot entrance. Enter via the hospital Main Entrance and follow the signs to the cafeteria.

New Bern (from the SOUTH) Take Hwy 43 NORTH until you reach the Greenville intersection of Hwy 43 (which turns into Charles Blvd.) and Greenville Blvd. Turn LEFT onto Greenville Blvd and proceed until you reach the intersection of Greenville Blvd and Arlington Blvd (not too far- Vitamin Shoppe on the corner), turning RIGHT onto Arlington. Proceed until you come to another main intersection at Arlington Blvd and Memorial Drive, turning RIGHT onto Memorial Dr.. Proceed straight until you reach the intersection of Memorial Drive and Stantonsburg Road, and then turn LEFT on Stantonsburg Road. Then take a right at Farm Drive, located beside KFC. Go straight through the stop light, and then turn left into any parking lot entrance. Enter via the hospital Main Entrance and follow signs to the cafeteria.

Rocky Mount (from the NORTHWEST) Take Hwy 43 SOUTH until you reach the intersection of 43 and Moye Blvd. in Greenville (JimmyJohn’s subs on the corner on the left). Turn right at this intersection onto Moye Blvd.Turn right at the first stoplight and then left into any parking lot entrance. Enter via the hospital Main Entrance and follow signs to the cafeteria.

Raleigh/Wilson (from the WEST) Take US Hwy 264 EAST to Greenville. When you reach the overpass going towards Washington, stay STRAIGHT into Greenville (Hwy 264 turns into Stantonsburg Road). Continue on Stantonsburg Road until you see the hospital on your left; turn left onto Moye Blvd. Turn left at the stoplight, then left into any parking lot entrance. Enter via the hospital Main Entrance and follow signs to the cafeteria.

Elizabeth City/Outerbanks (from the NORTHEAST) ) Take Hwy 17 SOUTH to Williamston. Stay straight onto US-64 W/US-13 S and on to Bethel. Take US-13 S/NC-11 S into Greenville, which turns into Memorial Drive. Turn RIGHT at the Stantonsburg Road & Memorial Drive Intersection. Then take a right at Farm Drive, located beside KFC. Go straight through the stop light, and then turn left into any parking lot entrance. Enter via the hospital Main Entrance and follow signs to the cafeteria.

Directions from the North
Take NC 86 South (which becomes Airport Road) to downtown Chapel Hill.
Turn right onto Cameron Avenue (2nd light after Franklin Street) then make an
immediate left onto Pittsboro Street.
Bear left when the road splits. Go straight across South Columbia Street and you will be on
Manning Drive near UNC Hospitals. You'll pass the hospital on your left.
Continue down the hill until you pass the second sign for
Skipper Bowls Drive on your right. (Skipper Bowls is a loop) The next right is the entrance to our
Family Medicine Center parking lot.

Directions from the South

Take US 15-501 North to Chapel Hill. US 15-501 becomes South Columbia Street at the
NC 54 intersection.
From South Columbia Street, turn right on Manning Drive.
You'll pass the hospital on your left. Continue down the hill until you pass the second sign for
Skipper Bowls Drive on your right. (Skipper Bowls is a loop) The next right is the entrance to
our Family Medicine Center parking lot.

Directions from the East

Take 1-40 West to exit #273A.
Take NC 54 West to Chapel Hill.
Take US 15-501 South to Manning Drive.
Turn right onto Manning Drive. Take first left into parking lot for Family Medicine Center.

Directions from the West

Take NC 54 East to Chapel Hill.
Exit at Columbia Street/US 15-501 and turn left onto South Columbia Street.
From South Columbia Street, turn right on Manning Drive.
You'll pass the hospital on your left. Continue down the hill until you pass
the second sign for Skipper Bowls Drive
on your right. (Skipper Bowls is a loop) The next right is the entrance to our
Family Medicine Center parking lot.
